We will teach how it feels to be in GOOD POSTURE!
The first meeting between us I will ask you questions about your life, your situation and try to geet feel for you, your mindset and your problems. l will then want to look your posture. Have you perform differant poses and tests.
During, I will make notes.
After the call, I will prepare a tailored workout routine if you would like.
3-4 exercises to perform daily.
If you have any questions you can always ask us at any time.

I am not a medical doctor or physical therapist, and this call is not intended to treat or cure any back conditions. It is designed to provide a strength, stretch, balance framework for your healing. In all cases, your health is your responsibility.
This is not appropriate for you if: you’re on painkillers daily and intend to use, you are pregnant, you are unable to get up and down from the ground unassisted, your injury occurred less than 2 weeks ago, your injury affects your ability to walk.
