It is estimated that 80% of people will experience back-pain at some point in their life. And some of those people end up in hospitals and surgeries and on medications for the rest of their life. But most people are like you and me with sub-clinical issues that completely screws up the quality of their life. 

And it is so frustrating because maybe you don't know what's causing it or how to fix it. And I feel you, Ive been there..

But I'd like to share with you today what's worked for me. What's worked for thousands of other people around the world. And it really boils down to ONE BIG PROBLEM…. 

We are too comfortable. We sit too much and exersice to little.. 99% of all the patients I helped over the years has 1 or 2 of theese 3 massive problems..

  • Loss of strength, primarily core strength.
  • Loss of flexibility, we lost our full range of motion.
  • Muscle imbalances. Some muscles become really strong and some muscles become really weak .

This is the perfect storm for back-pain and it is so important to take back control or it will only continue to get worse.

It is definently possible to improve posture and live pain-free but it will take consistent effort over a significant period of time to create adaptations. We often forget to remain vigilant of the battles happening within. And that’s why so many of us in society experience pain as we age.  It’s not because we humans are destined to be fragile and in pain with age. 

I will teach you in a way that your culture does not, so that you can live a fully-functional life and feel good from the inside out. 

So yes, this is about more than just your posture this is about your QUALITY OF LIFE!
