There is a healing power inside you - Posturehealing

There is a healing power inside you

Are you ready to change your thinking and transform into a better, greater you?

Let’s dive in!

Let me tell you a story

We are going to talk about a person by the name of Dr. Joe Dispenza. He is an internationally recognized speaker, researcher, author, and educator who uses findings from neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explore the science behind spontaneous remissions.

Despite his current career path, he began his professional life as a chiropractor, earning his doctor in chiropractic degree.

He had a successful chiropractic practice until 1986, when an accident during a triathlon left him with six broken vertebrae in his spine. His doctors told him he would never walk again and offered him a complicated surgery that would relieve some pain, but which was unlikely to restore his mobility.

Dr. Dispenza refused the surgery and began to imagine himself totally healed, visualizing each vertebra healing and reconstructing his spine in his mind. In just ten and a half weeks, he was back on his feet and, in twelve weeks, was training again and back at work at his chiropractic clinic.

He fully healed himself with just his mind.

How does it work?

Dr. Dispenza started to believe in the power of the mind. However, sometimes we become disconnected from this intelligence, leading to illness and disease. The mismanagement of emotions and the hormones of stress are what create disease in the first place.

Although our stress response was initially necessary for survival, in today's world, we hold onto stress for longer and live in a constant state of emergency, which causes our diseases.

In his findings he noticed a common behaviour, the people who experienced spontaneous remission realized that their thoughts were creating their reality.

In other words, the way we think can actually change the physical makeup of our bodies.

He continues to explains that our thoughts are like electrical charges, and our feelings are like magnetic charges. When we have a thought, we create an electrical charge in our brains. And that thought also creates a feeling in our bodies, which is a magnetic charge.

And those charges are what create our reality. So, if we’re constantly thinking negative thoughts, we’re going to have negative experiences in our lives. But if we’re thinking positive thoughts, we’re going to have positive experiences.

That’s why becoming the observer of our thoughts is so important. When we can observe our thoughts, we can choose which ones we want to focus on and which ones we want to let go of.

Finally, people who experienced spontaneous remission all had some kind of experience that they couldn’t explain.

Dr. Joe believes that this is because when we connect with the intelligence inside us, we open ourselves up to infinite possibilities. We start to experience things that we can’t explain with our rational minds.

And those experiences can be incredibly powerful. They can give us a glimpse into a world beyond what we know, and they can inspire us to keep going, even when we’re facing the toughest challenges.

How to Connect with your intelligence

So, how do you connect with the intelligence inside you? There are a few key steps you can take:

  1. Meditate. Meditation is one of the best ways to connect with the intelligence inside you. When you meditate, you quiet your mind and open yourself up to new possibilities.

We recommend starting with just a few minutes of meditation each day and building up from there. And if you’re new to meditation, he recommends using guided meditations to help you get started.

  1. Practice Gratitude. Gratitude is another powerful tool for connecting with the intelligence inside you. When you focus on what you’re grateful for, you start to attract more positive experiences into your life.

We recommend starting each day by writing down three things you’re grateful for. And throughout the day, try to focus on the things that are going well in your life, rather than the things that are going wrong.

  1. Visualize Your Future. Visualization is a key part of healing your body with your mind. When you visualize yourself as healthy and happy, you start to create that reality.

We recommend spending a few minutes each day visualizing your ideal future. Imagine yourself healthy and happy, doing the things you love. And really feel the emotions associated with that vision.

  1. Take Action. Finally, it’s important to take action towards your goals. When you take action, you show the intelligence inside you that you’re serious about creating a new reality.

We recommend starting small and taking consistent action towards your goals each day. And remember, even small actions can lead to big changes over time.
