I developed this passion for posture becouse I myself, walked in poor posture. For a long time.
It felt like a black hole in my chest that sucked everything into it.
It wasn't until I started experiencing persistent back pain that I noticed how it affected my self-image, I decided enough was enough. I made a commitment to myself vowing to understand and adress the root cause for poor posture to begin with.
My journey to good posture
My journey toward better posture was not an easy one. It required dedication, patience, and a willingness to confront my own habits and limitations.
It wasn't an overnight transformation, but little by little, I started noticing changes—less pain, improved mobility, and a newfound sense of confidence. I became fascinated with the impact posture had on our physical and mental well-being, and I knew I had to share this knowledge with others who were facing similar struggles.
As my posture became better, so did my emotional control, I felt more calm and collected my thoughts became positive, breathing felt easier, moving around became easier and most importantly I genuinely FEEL GOOD and I can honestly say this SAVED MY LIFE.
My approach is genuine because I've walked in your shoes. I understand the frustration and the setbacks that come with trying to correct years of poor posture. But I also know that with the right guidance and support, change is possible. I don't offer quick fixes or empty promises.
